Duties and Responsibilities
Job Summary
To maintain overall control of the Applications Development Section to effectively and efficiently develop, support and maintain integrated computer applications to best serve the management and medical staff throughout the PSCC Programme, following the programming standards
Education/Licensure
Essential :
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Desirable:
Formal structural programming qualification (or equivalent), and a Supervisory or Management studies qualification
Professional Experience:
Essential:
Four (4) years experience within information systems, including analysis and Programming responsibilities. At least two (2) years at Project Management level
Skills
Personal qualities/skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with awareness of current trends in the field
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to speak, write and read English
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Computers
Must have a strong leadership quality and the ability to practice teamwork
