Duties and Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the review and update of the department policies and procedures.
2. Coordinate the preparation of correspondences relating to accommodation, housing rentals and budgets.
3. Coordinate and assist in the preparation of annual budget.
4. Monitor, review and update the accommodation/housing rentals records.
5. Coordinate with Finance and Budget Affairs housing related matters.
6. Ensure efficient operation of the department budget.
7. Coordinate the necessary documents relating to renting of new building.
8. Prepare reports and statistics for the department.
9. Monitor the monthly expenditure and disbursement of the department.
10. Prepare yearly accomplishment of the department as requested.
11. Attend meetings as requested.
12. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee?s knowledge, skills and abilities.
Skills
1. Ability to communicate effectively on financial and planning issues.
2. Proven managerial skills with good interpersonal and motivational skills.
3.Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-cultural environment.
