Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collect all the information needed to complete the custom clearance, ensuring all
information added is correct and accurate following customs requirements.
2. Ensure that the work is carried out in a consistent manner following relevant Customs
Clearance Procedure.
3. Handle all documents related to customs clearance.
4. Arrange transportation of items to be delivered to PSMMC warehouse.
5. Ensure completeness of delivery process.
6. Return all original documents of delivered items to Supervisor to be forwarded to
Logistic Services Department.
7. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee?s
knowledge, skills and abilities.
Skills
1. Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively pressure.
2. Ability to follow instructions, respond to management directions.
3. Committed.
