• Develop and document installation and upgrade plan.
• Disaster recovery plan is designed and in place.
• Installation or upgrade plan includes adequate beta testing and limited production testing phases.
• Installation or upgrade plan includes input from customer, key individuals and group and is designed for a positive impact on workflows and productivity. Installation or upgrade plan includes tracking system or methods for tracking solutions and procedures and process for final delivery and/or handoff.
• Analyze problems and research solutions.
• Alternative solutions are thoroughly researched and documented with steps to reproduce the problem.
• Document and communicate problems, solutions and the communication is clear, accurate and targeted appropriately.
• Monitor workload, manage time and prioritize request.
• Query existing network device knowledge resources.
• Recommend test and implement a solution.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Evaluate and prepare the job site for safe work.
• Maintain facilities, equipment and material’s safety and securely.
• Operate all equipment safely.
• Provide User Service and Support.
• Work Order follow-up is conducted to ensure that needs have been met.
• Work operations are accurately classified and work charges are explained to customers.
• Performs other duties/tasks within the realm of the individual’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
