3.1. Assesses, plans and implements and evaluates individual patient care.
3.2. Undertakes the role of the primary care provider specific to defined patient group.
3.3. Establishes a good working environment in which patients receive high standards of care.
3.4. Takes responsibility for the direct delivery of professional and competent patient care by promoting quality care standards.

3.22. Identifies and informs the Team Leader, Charge Nurse and Head Nurse of circumstances which affect or might set standards and compromise patient care.
3.23. Adheres and follows the standardized communication channels in the nursing department, patient' s services and relatives.
3.24. Uses equipment and supplies in a cost effective and responsible manner and participates in the procedures of ordering supplies within the agreed budget as delegated.
3.25. Ensures that infection control practices are adhered to in accordance with approved infection control policies.
3.26. Shows that students and temporary staff allocated to ward have appropriate orientation, teaching and support in accordance with their curricular objectives and report any matter of concern to the Charge
Nurse or Head Nurse.
3.31 . Participates in staff orientation and on going programs. developmental
3.32. Participates in care custody and administration of accordance with the hospital policy. medication in
3.33 . Documents and reports any incidents to the Charge Nurse or Head Nurse and the Site Manager.
3.34. Assures that all documentation is completed and legible and understands the importance and relevance of its confidential nature.
3.35. Assists in data collection for monitoring and statistical processes.
3.36. Responsible for his / her own professional development and growth and remains updated with professional practice as evidence based.

3.37. Responsible for keeping updated with infection control policies and attending fire and safety and disaster programs on a yearly basis.
3.38. Responsible for keeping CPR certification at his or her expense.
3.39. Demonstrates knowledge of hospital quality program.

3.40. Assists in resolution of problems on a shift to shift basis with appropriate documentation and follow — up reports to the Charge Nurse, Team Leader and Head Nurse.
3 .41 . Assist temporarily another unit if there's a need for additional staff as per instructions of the Team Leader, Charge Nurse, Head Nurse and or Service Manager for the convenience of patient care and institution with no objection.
3.42. Demonstrates high standards of clinical knowledge and practice.
3.43. Assumes accountability quality of care delivered to patients.
3.44. Maintains confidentiality of patient care.
3.45. Participates in TQM activities.
3.46. Carries out tasks and other appropriate to the role and individual at the request of the Charge Nurse and Head Nurse.

1 . Must be with good critical thinking skills.
2. Must be computer literate.
